Fighting soldiers from the sky,
Fearless men who jump and die,
Men who mean just what they say
The brave men of the Green Beret.

Silver wings upon their chests,
These are men, America's best,
One hundred men we'll test today,
But only three win the Green Beret.

Trained to live off nature's land,
Trained in combat, hand to hand,
Men who fight by night and day,
Courage take from the Green Beret.

Back at home a young wife waits,
Her Green Beret has met his fate,
He has died for those oppressed,

PMA, OUR ALMA MATER FAREWELL

The time has come for us to leave
Thy lofty portals, PMA!
With heavy hearts and solemness
We now must shed the gray
But with us we shall take the spirit
That has shown us Thy fine ways,
To Thee we'll always be endeared
Beloved PMA.

And when the call of duty comes
For us to prove your right and strong
We'll never fail Thee, Alma Mater,
We shall ever carry on
With bold imprints in history
Of sons you've left upon the throne
Of sacrifice and service
To our precious native land.

The peerless guardian of our Fate!
